Tollbooth Cottage had been derelict for over 40 years before Sophie and her trusty team transformed it into the sociable melting pot it is today. Reclaimed furniture and an open plan kitchen give the café a relaxed, homely feel; whilst Rachel heads a team of twenty welcoming waiting staff eager to please.
